Our Ride45 class you will have your heart rate elevated and your legs burn as you tackle hills, sprints and big gears. Using perceived exertion you can expect each ride to be physically and mentally stimulating, and will challenge you. This class is designed for any rider wanting to improve their fitness. All levels are welcome.

Our Ride60 classes are a fun way to yield results. The work will be measured in your choice of wattage power zones or perceived exertion. Riders are encouraged to be tested to determine their personal power zones. If you want to get faster, improve your cycling, fitness, and strength, then these rides are for you. These structured workouts are designed to provide maximum benefit with minimum time. Each session, our skilled coach will take you through one of our custom designed workouts. Paired with motivating music, you are sure to sweat. All levels welcome.

Our Ride75 class geared for the riders looking to be challenged and pushed each week. Progressive and periodized the work will be measured in specific wattage power zones. Ride75 workouts are intended to push you to your limits, test your capacity and help you improve. Fear not, our coaches have the uncanny ability to make time in the “pain cave” fun! Ride75 riders will be tested to determine their specific power zones.

Junior Ride60 (Ages 12-18)
Our Junior Ride60 class is a great way for all our young cyclists, recreation or competitive to stay active on the bike during the offseason months. The classes will focus on many aspects of cycling, racing, fitness and development that include working on improving pedalling efficiency, understanding the relationship between cadence and wattage, building muscular endurance and strength, Instilling good pre/post training habits (i.e. stretching, warm-up/cool-down), prepare for entry into racing, introduce power starts, improve pedalling efficiency improve power, improve mental focus (i.e. getting through hard efforts). The work will be measured in specific wattage power zones.

If you could only have one bike for the rest of your life what would it be? This is so hard…. A mtb. No, a road. Oh, I don’t know.
#1 Cycling Destination: So hard to say, but I surely loved my training days spent on the road in Arizona!
All-time best movie: Dirty Dancing and Love and Basketball
Favourite thing to do off of the bike: running, alpine summits, snowboarding, dog walks. But mostly the post adventure treats on the couch, or reading a book under a blanket on a moody Squamish day.

Greatest Cycling Achievement: So far my greatest cycling achievement would have to be finishing 7th overall in the 2022 Enduro World Series. Another achievement I am proud of is 1st place in the 2017 U21 Enduro World Series race.
Favorite Squamish Trail: It's hard to pick just one trail as being my favorite because it is constantly changing. But recently I really enjoyed riding Alpine Capone, as well as Room for Error, and Mad Hater.
Last Dinner on Earth: My favorite food is without a doubt sushi. I would say my last dinner on earth would have to be at Sushi Sen.
If you could only have one bike for the rest of your life what would it be? If I could only have one bike for the rest of my life it would be a Forbidden bikes Druid. Its light enough for the all day pedals, but capable enough to push on the dh style trails I love to ride. It really is the perfect do it all bike
#1 Cycling destination: I've ridden all over the world and I can honestly say that nothing quite compares to the amount, and the quality of trails we have in the Sea to Sky. But outside of that my favorite places I have ridden would be Finale Ligure, Italy, And Derby, Tasmania. Both those places have pretty incredible trails that are very different from the Sea to Sky
All-time best movie: I love a good funny movie so I would have to say Superbad. It's one of the few movies I can watch over and over and still think is hilarious. For a more serious non-comedy movie though I really like The Imitation Game, and Django.
Favorite thing to do off the bike: Lately, I have gotten really into backcountry skiing as well and that has brought in a whole new love for winters.
Animal Icon: hmm, this is a tough one that I had never really thought about before. I'm a big fan of bears so maybe that? Although I wouldn't think people would describe me as having bear-like features.

Greatest Cycling Achievement: Too many to date! From learning to ride a bike in the first place to riding tough conditions in Iceland, every day has been a plus for me riding.
Favourite Squamish Trail: Depends on the mood
Last Dinner on Earth: Charcuterie plate (cheese, meat, fruit, dried nuts) with fresh bread...chocolate hazelnut cake to finish.

Greatest Cycling Achievement: 3 day family mountain bike trip (including my future husband!) in the Chilcotins in the pouring rain and cold. I sprained my ankle, my mom’s rear shock blew, among various other incidents, all in the first 15 minutes. It was absolute chaos.
Favourite Squamish Trail: Credit Line
Last Dinner on Earth: Grilled vegetable ratatouille lentil stew with fresh basil, EVOO drizzled on top, and crusty sourdough bread.
If you could only have one bike for the rest of your life what would it be? Mountain bike. Definitely.
#1 Cycling Destination: My favourite place to ride is a tie between Squamish and Kalamalka Lake. #1 on the wishlist is either mountain biking in Scotland or doing a bike trip through Europe.
All-time best movie: It's a tie between Dumb and Dumber or Zoolander. I am bad at making decisions.
Favourite thing to do off of the bike: Read a good book or cook a good meal.

Greatest Cycling Achievement: Mostly just being a lifelong cyclist, but also having had the opportunity to help others grow and succeed at the grassroots and elite level with Blueprint. Being named Canada's top MTB coach a few years back was cool, but it was probably mostly because Miranda won Worlds.

Our Bikes
Enjoy riding on our M3i Keiser bikes featuring built in heart rate monitors and power meters.
When coached by these metrics, the gains to be made are exponential and trackable. Coaches will utilize these tools to provide measurable results.
We ask that all riders wear SPD compatible clean cycling shoes to class. Not only is this for safety reasons but also for technique and power development, allowing you to develop a proper pedal stroke and engage your hamstrings and glutes correctly. Please bring your own shoes or you may use our shoes free of charge.
We encourage you to bring your own shoes if you are a regular at DTC as we cannot guarantee that your size will be available.
