Studio Policies
Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place for riders of all levels to work out. If you have any questions or concerns about our policies, please send us an email.
Reservations
Riders are able to book into classes 4 weeks in advance to reserve their bike. Make sure that you have a valid phone number and email in your account so that you can be contacted should you be wait-listed for a class. Add yourself to the waitlist if a class is full that you’d like to attend. You will receive an automatic email or text notification should you be bumped into class. Be sure to opt in to receive email and text notifications.
Cancellations
There are no refunds for missed classes, late cancels or no shows. Riders have up until 12 hours before start time to cancel out of a class without getting charged. If a late cancellation or no show happens, your account will be charged a class or if you are on a monthly unlimited contract or Discover DTC Unlimited, you will be charged $20.
Please show up on time. Classes start punctually as planned. Standbys are welcomed so long as space permits. Feel free to show up and see if a spot opens. We will release any open bikes 5 mins prior to the start time of the class.
Minors
All participants must be over the age of 16 to participate in our regular schedule. All minors between the age of 12-15 can attend regular classes alongside a guardian who is also riding in the class. All other aged 12-18 are invited to join our Junior Ride60 classes or team rides. All riders must be over 4”10 to participate.
Seasonal Studio Hours
Our Indoor Cycling Studio runs from October through Mid March during Squamish's dark and wetter months. After March, our studio transforms into an extension of our bike shop. Our 10 x and 5 x passes will expire at the end of the indoor season and not be carried forward, and our 1 x passes have a 30 day expiration. Please ensure that you purchase your classes with this in mind. Anyone on an unlimited monthly pass will have their final month prorated based on when in the month their pass started.
