Professional bike fitting in Squamish

Ride better. Feel better.

A physiotherapy-led bike fit built around your body, your bike and the way you actually ride.

Fit with purpose

Your position should work for you.

Bike fitting is a specialized physiotherapy service focused on improving comfort, performance, injury prevention and injury management.

The goal is to find a setup that respects your body, your equipment and your priorities on the bike.

01

Comfort

Reduce pressure points, awkward positions and discomfort that can build over long rides.

02

Performance

Improve how your position supports the way you want to ride and the effort you want to produce.

03

Injury prevention

Identify setup choices that may be contributing to avoidable strain or repetitive loading.

04

Injury management

Adapt the bike around current limitations and support a more comfortable return to riding.

Inside the session

More than saddle height.

A full fit looks at both the rider and the bike before adjustments are made, then finishes with a review of the changes and recommendations.

5

Physical screen

Review mobility, movement and relevant injury history before changing the bike.

6

Bike + equipment review

Inspect the bike setup, contact points and equipment to understand the starting position.

7

On-bike assessment

Look at your riding position in context, guided by your goals and priorities.

8

Adjustments

Optimize available contact points and adjustable components.

9

Review + recommendations

Finish with a clear review of what changed and recommendations for next steps.
