Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear, but if something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please review the details below before sending anything back.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • Bicycles must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and special/custom orders are subject to the exceptions listed below.
  1. Email sales@daytimecycling.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship your item back at your expense.

Please do not return items without contacting us first. We cannot accept unapproved returns.

If the item is approved for refund there are no restocking fee's unless it is a Special order.

Special Order sales are final with no option to return. If the item you have ordered is incorrect we will charge a 20% restocking fee for cancelling the order [You will be refunded 80% of the value]

This fee does not apply if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags attached and accessories included
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returned items are inspected before refunds are approved.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, including food and supplements
  • Personal care items, including chamois creams
  • Clothing with liners or chamois
  • Custom or special orders
  • Hazardous goods, including flammable liquids and COâ‚‚ cartridges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a return brings your original order total below $150, a $20 surcharge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Bikes shipped with free shipping will incur a $200+ return shipping deduction based on location.

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your product and place a new order once your return is approved. If you request a direct exchange instead, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for the replacement product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us right away at sales@daytimecycling.com and we will make it right. No restocking fee applies.
