If you are having an issue with a bike, part, or accessory purchased through Day Time Cycling, send us the details and our team will help assess the best next step.
Before submitting: Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and follows their terms and conditions.
A service assessment may be required before a warranty claim can be submitted. Many issues can be resolved directly by our mechanics before needing to open a manufacturer claim.
Warranty Information
We want to provide our customers, whether local or out of town, with clear and helpful warranty support. Distance can make warranty situations more difficult, and we understand that not everyone is close to our shop in Squamish.
Bikes and parts purchased through Day Time Cycling can be submitted for review using the form below. Please include proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of what is happening. One of our staff members will follow up with next steps.
Some brands allow customers to submit warranty claims directly. If a direct claim is the best route, we will point you in the right direction.
