📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your gear—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


 Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Bicycles must be returned within 7 days of delivery due to their size and complexity.

  • If your item was purchased on sale or is a special/custom order, please review the exceptions below.


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at sales@daytimecycling.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense to the following address:

Please do not return items without contacting us first—we won't be able to accept unapproved returns.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

day time cycling offer free shipping on orders over $150. Please note, if a return brings the original invoice price below $150, a $20 surcharge will be applied against the total cost of the returned item.

day time cycling offers free shipping on select bikes. If a bike is returned that free shipping was included, the return will incur a fee of $200 or more based on location. 


 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the original packaging

  • Tags attached and all accessories included

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Returned items are subject to inspection before refunds are approved.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, supplements)
  • Personal care items (e.g. chamois creams)
  • Clothing with liners or chamois 
  • Custom or special orders
  • Hazardous goods (e.g. flammable liquids, CO2 cartridges)

If you have questions about a specific item, email us before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out.


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@daytimecycling.com, and we’ll make it right.
