The 2025 edition of the Haulback challenged riders with 34 km and 1,269 m of Squamish singletrack on a perfect mid-June morning. The race blends a grassroots vibe with world-class trails, competition, and an afterparty to match. A highlight of the day was the OneUp-sponsored timed downhill, where racers threw down on Angry Midget in a battle against the clock. Inspired by the spirit of the Nimby 50, the afterparty at Hop Creek Farm brought the heat—Papa Josh laid down the funk, while Lil Chef Bistro kept everyone well fed. For the second year running, the championship axes went home with Katerina Nash and local favourite Sean Fincham.
