Measure your body, not your clothing.
Use a soft measuring tape and keep it level. The tape should sit close to your body without being pulled tight.
Height
Stand barefoot against a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Chest
Relax your arms and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist while standing comfortably and relaxed.
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat while keeping the tape level.
