How to measure
Hip Circumference Seat
Ensure you are wearing light clothing and your pockets are empty. Place your feet hip width apart, measure around the fullest part of your glutes.
Thigh Circumference
Standing relaxed, measure around the fullest part of your thigh (check both legs).
Mid-Thigh
Standing relaxed, measure around the mid-thigh. Roughly half-way between your crotch and your knee.
